महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-129, verse-12

श्रुता मे जल्पतां तात पौराणामशिवा गिरः ।
त्वामनादृत्य भीष्मं च पतिमिच्छन्ति पाण्डवम् ॥१२॥
12. śrutā me jalpatāṁ tāta paurāṇāmaśivā giraḥ ,
tvāmanādṛtya bhīṣmaṁ ca patimicchanti pāṇḍavam.

tvām anādṛtya bhīṣmam ca patim icchanti pāṇḍavam
12. Father, I have heard the inauspicious words of the chattering citizens. Disregarding both you and Bhishma, they desire a Pandava as their ruler.
