महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-129, verse-11

ततो विरहितं दृष्ट्वा पितरं प्रतिपूज्य सः ।
पौरानुरागसंतप्तः पश्चादिदमभाषत ॥११॥
11. tato virahitaṁ dṛṣṭvā pitaraṁ pratipūjya saḥ ,
paurānurāgasaṁtaptaḥ paścādidamabhāṣata.
11. tataḥ virahitam dṛṣṭvā pitaram pratipūjya
saḥ paurānurāgasaṁtaptaḥ paścāt idam abhāṣata
11. Then, having seen his father alone and respectfully honored him, Duryodhana, tormented by the citizens' devotion to the Pandavas, spoke the following words.
