महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-129, verse-7

ते वयं पाण्डवं ज्येष्ठं तरुणं वृद्धशीलिनम् ।
अभिषिञ्चाम साध्वद्य सत्यं करुणवेदिनम् ॥७॥
7. te vayaṁ pāṇḍavaṁ jyeṣṭhaṁ taruṇaṁ vṛddhaśīlinam ,
abhiṣiñcāma sādhvadya satyaṁ karuṇavedinam.
7. te vayam pāṇḍavam jyeṣṭham taruṇam vṛddhaśīlinam
abhiṣiñcāma sādhu adya satyam karuṇavedinam
7. Let us, the people, therefore rightly anoint today the eldest Pāṇḍava, who is young but possesses the noble character of elders, is truthful, and knows compassion.
