भगवद्गीता       bhagavad-gītā - chapter-5, verse-28

यतेन्द्रियमनोबुद्धिर्मुनिर्मोक्षपरायणः ।
विगतेच्छाभयक्रोधो यः सदा मुक्त एव सः ॥२८॥
28. yatendriyamanobuddhirmunirmokṣaparāyaṇaḥ ,
vigatecchābhayakrodho yaḥ sadā mukta eva saḥ.

28. That sage (muni) who has controlled his senses, mind, and intellect, who is solely devoted to final liberation (mokṣa), and from whom desire, fear, and anger have completely departed, he is indeed eternally liberated.
