नादत्ते कस्यचित्पापं न चैव सुकृतं विभुः ।
अज्ञानेनावृतं ज्ञानं तेन मुह्यन्ति जन्तवः ॥१५॥

15. nādatte kasyacitpāpaṁ na caiva sukṛtaṁ vibhuḥ ,

The Supreme Lord (vibhu) neither accepts anyone's sin nor anyone's merit. Knowledge (jñāna) is covered by ignorance (ajñāna), and because of this, living beings (jantavaḥ) become deluded.
