संकल्प एव जाग्रत्त्वं येषां चिरतयांशतः ।

16. येषाम् जाग्रत्त्वम् एव संकल्पः (भवति),
अंशतः चिरतया (ते),
तत्र अस्तमितचेष्टानाम्,
ते हि संकल्पजागराः (इति प्रोक्ताः)।

16. For those whose waking state is truly (saṅkalpa) itself, partially due to its long duration, and whose (ordinary) activities have ceased in that state, they are indeed the "awake in (saṅkalpa)".
