आब्रह्मणो मुधा भाति चिरस्वप्नेन्द्रजालवत् ।
इत्यातिवाहिकस्येयमाधिभौतिकतोचिता ॥ १७ ॥

17. From (the realm of) Brahmā downwards, all appears in vain, like a prolonged dream and a magical illusion. Thus, this materiality (ādhibhautikatā) is deemed fitting for the subtle (ātivāhika) body.

17. מראשית הבראה ועד בְּרַהְמָא, הכל זורח לשווא כמו חלום מתמשך או מופע קסמים. כך נתפסת התגלמות הגוף הגשמי כתוצר של הגוף המעודן.
