योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-127, verse-5

यद्यथा यावदाभाति चिति चित्त्वात्स्वभावतः ।
तत्तथा तावदाभाति तत्र तत्र तदात्मकम् ॥ ५ ॥
yadyathā yāvadābhāti citi cittvātsvabhāvataḥ ,
tattathā tāvadābhāti tatra tatra tadātmakam 5

tat tathā tāvat ābhāti tatra tatra tat ātmakam

5. Whatever appears in consciousness, in whatever way and to whatever extent, by virtue of its conscious nature and its intrinsic nature, that same thing appears in that way and to that extent, in each respective instance, being of that very nature.
