योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-121, verse-1

श्रीवसिष्ठ उवाच ।
अथ तेष्वर्णवतटेष्वेते भूमौ विपश्चितः ।
उपविश्यैतदखिलं चक्रू राज्यप्रयोजनम् ॥ १ ॥
śrīvasiṣṭha uvāca ,
atha teṣvarṇavataṭeṣvete bhūmau vipaścitaḥ ,
upaviśyaitadakhilaṃ cakrū rājyaprayojanam 1

1. Śrī Vasiṣṭha said: Thereupon, these learned ones (vipaścit), having sat down on the ground (bhūmi) at those ocean shores, settled all these royal affairs (rājyaprayojana).
