अश्नन्गच्छन्स्वपंस्तिष्ठन्निति राघव चेतसा ।

17. O Rāghava, whether eating, walking, sleeping, or standing, in all circumstances, the wise person (tajjña), with their intellect (cetasā) and insight (prajñā), should ponder deeply every day.
