अथोद्विग्नेषु दैत्येषु गतेष्वभिमतां दिशम् ।
विचरत्सु यथाकाममराजनि पुरे पुरा ॥ १२ ॥

12. Then, when the distressed demons (Daityas) had departed to their desired directions and were wandering about as they pleased, the city was as it was before, without a ruler.
