पौरुषेण प्रयत्नेन त्रैलोक्यैश्वर्यसुन्दराम् ।

13. Indeed, a certain individual living being has attained the state of Indra, which is made beautiful by the sovereignty of the three worlds, purely through his human (puruṣa) effort.
