ये तु विज्ञातविज्ञेया विश्रान्ता वितते पदे ।
भावाभावसमाश्वासमायुस्तेषां सुखायते ॥ ३ ॥

bhāva-abhāva-samāśvāsam āyuḥ teṣām sukhāyate

But for those who have understood what is to be known, and are at rest in the expansive state, life (āyuḥ) becomes a source of happiness for them, offering comfort in both existence (bhāva) and non-existence (abhāva).
