वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-6, chapter-7, verse-8

निर्जितास्ते महाबाहो नागा गत्वा रसातलम् ।
वासुकिस्तक्षकः शङ्खो जटी च वशमाहृताः ॥८॥
8. nirjitāste mahābāho nāgā gatvā rasātalam ,
vāsukistakṣakaḥ śaṅkho jaṭī ca vaśamāhṛtāḥ.
8. nirjitāḥ te mahābāho nāgāḥ gatvā rasātalam
vāsukiḥ takṣakaḥ śaṅkhaḥ jaṭī ca vaśam āhṛtāḥ
8. O mighty-armed one, you conquered those Nāgas by going to Rasātala (the netherworld). Vāsuki, Takṣaka, Śaṅkha, and Jaṭī were brought under your control.
