वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-2, chapter-73, verse-12

न सकामा करिष्यामि स्वमिमां मातृगन्धिनीम् ।
वने वत्स्याम्यहं दुर्गे रामो राजा भविष्यति ॥१२॥
12. na sakāmā kariṣyāmi svamimāṃ mātṛgandhinīm ,
vane vatsyāmyahaṃ durge rāmo rājā bhaviṣyati.

vane vatsyāmi aham durge rāmaḥ rājā bhaviṣyati
12. I will not fulfill the desires of this mother of mine, whose actions are so repugnant. I shall dwell in the dense forest, and Rama shall be king.
