कौसल्यां चैव पश्येयं सुमित्रां च यशस्विनीम् ।
इति सीताञ्जलिं कृत्वा पर्यगछद्वनस्पतिम् ॥१३॥

13. kausalyāṃ caiva paśyeyaṃ sumitrāṃ ca yaśasvinīm ,
iti sītāñjaliṃ kṛtvā paryagachadvanaspatim.

13. "May I see both Kaushalya and the illustrious Sumitra!" With these words, Sita, having made a reverent gesture (añjali), circumambulated the sacred tree.
