वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-1, chapter-7, verse-11

शुचीनामेकबुद्धीनां सर्वेषां संप्रजानताम् ।
नासीत् पुरे वा राष्ट्रे वा मृषावादी नरः क्व चित् ॥११॥
11. śucīnāmekabuddhīnāṃ sarveṣāṃ saṃprajānatām ,
nāsīt pure vā rāṣṭre vā mṛṣāvādī naraḥ kva cit.
11. śucīnām ekabuddhīnām sarveṣām samprajānatām na
āsīt pure vā rāṣṭre vā mṛṣāvādī naraḥ kvacit

11. Among all the pure, single-minded, and well-informed people, there was no man anywhere, neither in the city nor in the state, who spoke falsely.
