बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-40, verse-6

आत्मकारकतः केन्द्रे कोणे वाऽमात्यकारके ।
तदा राजकृपायुक्तो जातो राजाश्रितः सुखी ॥६॥
6. ātmakārakataḥ kendre koṇe vā'mātyakārake .
tadā rājakṛpāyukto jāto rājāśritaḥ sukhī.

6. When the significator of ministers (amātyakāraka) is situated in a quadrant (kendra) or a trine (koṇa) from the significator of the self (ātmakāraka), then the native (jāta) is blessed with royal favor (rājakṛpāyukta), dependent on the king (rājāśrita), and happy (sukhī).
