भगिनी स्यात् तथा भ्राता पुंगृहे पुंग्रहो यदि ॥४॥

If a feminine planet is the lord of the third house, and a feminine planet is also situated in the third house, then a sister is indicated. Similarly, if the third house is a masculine sign and a masculine planet is located there, then a brother is indicated.
