13.
If the house of siblings (the third house) is conjoined with the Moon (śaśi) and is aspected only by male planets (puṅgraha), then co-born brothers (male siblings) should be predicted. Otherwise, if it (the house of siblings) is conjoined with or aspected by Venus (śukra), (then female siblings are predicted).
