अथ विक्रमभावस्य फलं वक्ष्यामि भो द्विज ।
सहजे सौम्ययुग्दृष्टे भ्रातृमान् विक्रमी नरः ॥१॥

1. atha vikramabhāvasya phalaṃ vakṣyāmi bho dvija .
sahaje saumyayugdṛṣṭe bhrātṛmān vikramī naraḥ.

sahaje saumyayugdṛṣṭe bhrātṛmān vikramī naraḥ

1. Now, O Brahmin (dvija), I will explain the results of the house of valor (vikramabhāva), meaning the third house. If the third house (sahaja) is conjoined with or aspected by benefic planets, the person will have brothers and be valiant.
