बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-12, verse-2

लग्नपोऽस्तङ्गतो नीचे शत्रुभे रोगकृद् भवेत् ।
शुभः केन्द्रत्रिकोणस्था सर्वरोगहराः स्मृताः ॥२॥
2. lagnapo'staṅgato nīce śatrubhe rogakṛd bhavet .

2. If the lord of the ascendant is debilitated, fallen, or located in an enemy's sign, it will cause illness. However, (planets) situated in quadrant (kendra) or trine (trikoṇa) houses are considered removers of all diseases, and an auspicious planet (śubhaḥ) among them further enhances this effect.
