बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-12, verse-15

यस्मिन्नङ्गे स्थितः पापो व्रणं तत्र समादिशेत् ।
नियतं सबुधैः क्रूरैः सौम्यैर्लक्ष्म वदेद् बुधः ॥१५॥
15. yasminnaṅge sthitaḥ pāpo vraṇaṃ tatra samādiśet .
niyataṃ sabudhaiḥ krūraiḥ saumyairlakṣma vaded budhaḥ.
15. yasmin aṅge sthitaḥ pāpaḥ vraṇaṃ tatra samādiśet
niyatam sabudhaiḥ krūraiḥ saumyaiḥ lakṣma vadet budhaḥ
15. If a malefic planet (pāpa) is situated in a specific limb (aṅga), one should predict a wound there. But when (the limb is influenced by) both malefics (krūra) and benefics (saumya), including Mercury (budha), then the learned (astrologer) should certainly predict a mark (lakṣma).
