महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-9, chapter-52, verse-17

अपि चात्र स्वयं शक्रो जगौ गाथां सुराधिपः ।
कुरुक्षेत्रे निबद्धां वै तां शृणुष्व हलायुध ॥१७॥
17. api cātra svayaṁ śakro jagau gāthāṁ surādhipaḥ ,
kurukṣetre nibaddhāṁ vai tāṁ śṛṇuṣva halāyudha.

kurukṣetre nibaddhām vai tām śṛṇuṣva halāyudha
17. halāyudha api ca atra svayam surādhipaḥ śakraḥ
kurukṣetre nibaddhām gāthām jagau vai tām śṛṇuṣva
17. And moreover, here (regarding this matter), Indra himself, the lord of gods, sang a verse that was composed about Kurukṣetra. O wielder of the plough (Halayudha), indeed listen to that (verse).
