आचार्यं मन्यसे कृष्णमथ वा कुरुपुंगव ।
द्रोणे तिष्ठति वार्ष्णेयं कस्मादर्चितवानसि ॥८॥

8. ācāryaṁ manyase kṛṣṇamatha vā kurupuṁgava ,
droṇe tiṣṭhati vārṣṇeyaṁ kasmādarcitavānasi.

8. O best among the Kurus, do you consider Krishna a teacher? Or why have you honored him, the descendant of Vrishni, when Drona is present?
