महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-297, verse-3

भगवन्किमिदं श्रेयः प्रेत्य वापीह वा भवेत् ।
पुरुषस्याध्रुवे देहे कामस्य वशवर्तिनः ॥३॥
3. bhagavankimidaṁ śreyaḥ pretya vāpīha vā bhavet ,
puruṣasyādhruve dehe kāmasya vaśavartinaḥ.
