महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-297, verse-16

स एव धर्मः सोऽधर्मस्तं तं प्रतिनरं भवेत् ।
पात्रकर्मविशेषेण देशकालाववेक्ष्य च ॥१६॥
16. sa eva dharmaḥ so'dharmastaṁ taṁ pratinaraṁ bhavet ,
pātrakarmaviśeṣeṇa deśakālāvavekṣya ca.
