महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-269, verse-5

न हिंस्यात्सर्वभूतानि मैत्रायणगतिश्चरेत् ।
नेदं जीवितमासाद्य वैरं कुर्वीत केनचित् ॥५॥
5. na hiṁsyātsarvabhūtāni maitrāyaṇagatiścaret ,
nedaṁ jīvitamāsādya vairaṁ kurvīta kenacit.
