pārthiva! tu saḥ upavāsakṛśaḥ atyartham lubdhakaḥ saṃhṛṣṭaḥ śvāpadādhyuṣitam vanam upasarapata.

But, O king (pārthiva), that hunter, who was exceedingly emaciated from fasting, joyfully approached the forest, which was inhabited by wild beasts.
