महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-182, verse-2

कुटीगता सा त्वनवेक्ष्य पुत्रानुवाच भुङ्क्तेति समेत्य सर्वे ।
पश्चात्तु कुन्ती प्रसमीक्ष्य कन्यां कष्टं मया भाषितमित्युवाच ॥२॥
2. kuṭīgatā sā tvanavekṣya putrā;nuvāca bhuṅkteti sametya sarve ,
paścāttu kuntī prasamīkṣya kanyāṁ; kaṣṭaṁ mayā bhāṣitamityuvāca.

paścāt tu kuntī prasamīkṣya kanyām

2. She, being inside the hut, without looking at her sons, said, 'All of you, having gathered, eat!' Afterward, Kuntī, seeing the girl, said, 'Alas, what I have said is distressing (kaṣṭa)!'
