स्वर्गे वा नरके वापि स्थितोऽस्मीति मतिर्यदि ।
तत्तस्या नरकस्यान्तो दृश्यं संविन्मयात्मकम् ॥ ७ ॥

7. If one's thought (mati) is, "I am situated either in heaven or in hell," then that very "end" or experience of such a hell, which is seen, is truly of the nature of consciousness (saṃvit).
