योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-122, verse-1

श्रीवसिष्ठ उवाच ।
ततः प्रभाते प्रसभं पृथिव्याः कृत्वा यथाशास्त्रमलं व्यवस्थाम् ।
आविष्टदेहा इव ते रसेन निषेध्यमाना इव मन्त्रिमुख्यैः ॥ १ ॥

1. Śrī Vasiṣṭha said: Then, in the morning, having forcibly and properly settled the affairs of the earth (pṛthivī) according to the sacred texts (śāstra), they acted as if their bodies were possessed by a strong emotion (rasa), and as if they were being restrained by the chief ministers.
