ऊर्ध्वादधस्तथाधस्तात्पुनरूर्ध्वं व्रजंश्चिरम् ।

3. Repeatedly moving downwards from above, and then upwards from below, do not become like a bucket on the rope of worries of the well-wheel of transmigratory existence (saṃsāra).
