योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-4, chapter-9, verse-15

रागद्वेषविहीनत्वात्तस्य पुण्याश्रमस्य तु ।
महातपस्त्वाच्च भृगोर्न भुक्ता मृगपक्षिभिः ॥ १५ ॥
rāgadveṣavihīnatvāttasya puṇyāśramasya tu ,
mahātapastvācca bhṛgorna bhuktā mṛgapakṣibhiḥ 15
15. rāgadveṣavihīnatvāt tasya puṇyāśramasya tu
mahātapas-tvāt ca bhṛgoḥ na bhuktā mṛgapakṣibhiḥ
15. tu tasya puṇyāśramasya rāgadveṣavihīnatvāt ca bhṛgoḥ
mahātapas-tvāt sā (implied) mṛgapakṣibhiḥ na bhuktā
15. Indeed, because of that sacred hermitage's freedom from attachment and aversion (rāga-dveṣa), and also due to Bhrigu's great austerity (tapas), she was not eaten by deer and birds.
