ब्रह्मणो व्यतिरिक्तत्वं ब्रह्मार्णवगता अपि ।
भावयन्त्यो विमुह्यन्ति भीमासु भवभूमिषु ॥ ३ ॥

Even though they have entered the ocean of Brahman (brahman), conceiving a distinctness from Brahman (brahman), they become bewildered in terrible realms of existence (saṃsāra).
