योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-3, chapter-64, verse-19

तेजःकणत्वमादत्ते चित्तं तन्मात्रकल्पनात् ।
शनैः स्वस्मात्परिस्पन्दाद्बीजमङ्कुरतामिव ॥ १९ ॥
tejaḥkaṇatvamādatte cittaṃ tanmātrakalpanāt ,
śanaiḥ svasmātparispandādbījamaṅkuratāmiva 19

19. The mind (citta) assumes the nature of a particle of light from its imagination (kalpanā) of the subtle elements (tanmātra), gradually through its own vibration, just as a seed (bīja) develops into a sprout.
