जीवोऽहंकृतिमादत्ते संकल्पकलयेद्धया ।
स्वयैतया घनतया नीलिमानमिवाम्बरम् ॥ १४ ॥

14. The individual soul (jīva) assumes the ego (ahaṃkāra) by means of its own intensely conceived mental constructs (saṅkalpa), just as the sky, through its apparent density, assumes blueness.
