वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-7, chapter-83, verse-16

ईदृशो राजसिंहस्य यज्ञः सर्वगुणान्वितः ।
संवत्सरमथो साग्रं वर्तते न च हीयते ॥१६॥
16. īdṛśo rājasiṃhasya yajñaḥ sarvaguṇānvitaḥ ,
saṃvatsaramatho sāgraṃ vartate na ca hīyate.

16. Such was the (Vedic ritual) [yajña] of the mighty king, endowed with all virtues. It has been continuing for more than a year and shows no sign of diminishing.
