अवकीर्णस्ततस्ताभिर्हनूमाञ् शरवृष्टिभिः ।
अभवत् संवृताकारः शैलराडिव वृष्टिभिः ॥८॥

8. avakīrṇastatastābhirhanūmāñ śaravṛṣṭibhiḥ ,
abhavat saṃvṛtākāraḥ śailarāḍiva vṛṣṭibhiḥ.

śailarāṭ vṛṣṭibhiḥ iva saṃvṛtākāraḥ abhavat

8. Then, overwhelmed by those volleys of arrows, Hanumān's form became concealed, just like a mighty mountain shrouded by showers of rain.
