11. tato mahat sāśvamahārathadvipaṃ balaṃ samāneṣvapi rākṣasādhipaḥ ,

Then, the lord of the (rākṣasas) will mobilize a huge army, complete with horses, mighty chariots, and elephants, even against adversaries of equal strength. This formidable force, armed with tridents, black iron spears, and swords, will then lead to a great battle.
