वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-5, chapter-31, verse-16

न पिबेयं न खादेयं प्रत्यहं मम भोजनम् ।
एष मे जीवितस्यान्तो रामो यद्यभिषिच्यते ॥१६॥
16. na pibeyaṃ na khādeyaṃ pratyahaṃ mama bhojanam ,
eṣa me jīvitasyānto rāmo yadyabhiṣicyate.
16. na pibeyam na khādeyam prati aham mama bhojanam
eṣaḥ me jīvitasya antaḥ rāmaḥ yadi abhiṣicyate
16. mama bhojanam prati aham na pibeyam na khādeyam

16. I will neither drink nor eat my daily food. This will be the end of my life if Rāma is consecrated.
