बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-79, verse-4

सूर्येणाऽस्तं गतास्ते चेदपि वीर्यसमन्विताः ।
अदीक्षितास्तदा ज्ञेया जनास्तद्गतभक्तयः ॥४॥
4. sūryeṇā'staṃ gatāste cedapi vīryasamanvitāḥ .
adīkṣitāstadā jñeyā janāstadgatabhaktayaḥ.
4. sūryeṇa astam gatāḥ te cet api vīryasamannvitāḥ
adīkṣitāḥ tadā jñeyāḥ janāḥ tadgatabhaktayaḥ
4. If planets, even when endowed with strength, become combust by the Sun, then individuals influenced by them should be understood as uninitiated, their devotion (bhakti) directed towards that (the Sun).
