रव्यादिभिस्तपस्वी च कपाली रक्तवस्त्रभृत् ॥२॥

If four or more powerful planets are situated in a single sign, they cause renunciation (pravrajyā). When the Sun (among them) is the strongest, the person becomes an ascetic (tapasvī), a Kapalika, and wears red garments.
