बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-79, verse-14

दृष्टेष्विन्द्विज्यलग्नेषु शनिना नवमे गुरुः ।
राजयोगेऽत्र जातोऽसौ तीर्थिकृन्नऽत्र संशयः ॥१४॥
14. dṛṣṭeṣvindvijyalagneṣu śaninā navame guruḥ .

14. When the Moon (indu), Jupiter (ijya), and the Ascendant (lagna) are aspected by Saturn (śani), and Jupiter is situated in the ninth house, a person born under this prominent planetary combination (rājayoga) certainly becomes an ascetic (tīrthikṛt); there is no doubt about it.
