व्ययेशे शुभराशिस्थे व्ययर्क्षे शुभसंयुते ।
शुभग्रहेण संदृष्टे स्वदेशात् सञ्चरो भवेत् ॥१२॥

12. vyayeśe śubharāśisthe vyayarkṣe śubhasaṃyute .
śubhagraheṇa saṃdṛṣṭe svadeśāt sañcaro bhavet.

12. vyaya-īśe śubha-rāśi-sthe vyaya-ṛkṣe śubha-saṃyute
| śubha-graheṇa sandṛṣṭe sva-deśāt sañcaraḥ bhavet

12. If the lord of the twelfth house (vyaya) is situated in an auspicious sign, and the twelfth house itself is conjoined with auspicious planets and aspected by a benefic planet, then a journey from one's own country will occur.
