बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-23, verse-11

व्ययेशे पापसंयुक्ते व्यये पापसमन्विते ।
पापग्रहेण संदृष्टे देशाद्देशान्तरं गतः ॥११॥
11. vyayeśe pāpasaṃyukte vyaye pāpasamanvite .
pāpagraheṇa saṃdṛṣṭe deśāddeśāntaraṃ gataḥ.
11. vyaya-īśe pāpa-saṃyukte vyaye pāpa-samanvite |
pāpa-graheṇa sandṛṣṭe deśāt deśa-antaram gataḥ
11. If the lord of the twelfth house (vyaya) is conjoined with malefic planets, and the twelfth house itself is associated with malefics and aspected by a malefic planet, then the person travels from one country to another.
