मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-93, verse-21

नमस्येऽहं पितॄञ्छ्राद्धै राजन्यास्तर्पयन्ति यान् ।
कव्यैरशेषैर्विधिवल्लोकत्रयफलप्रदान् ॥२१॥
21. namasye'haṃ pitṝñchrāddhai rājanyāstarpayanti yān .
kavyairaśeṣairvidhivallokatrayaphalapradān.
21. namasye aham pitṝn śrāddhaiḥ rājanyāḥ tarpayanti
yān kavyaiḥ aśeṣaiḥ vidhivat lokatrayaphalapradān
21. I bow to the ancestors (pitṛ) whom the Kṣatriyas propitiate with complete ancestral offerings (śrāddha), performed according to sacred injunctions, and who bestow the fruits of the three worlds.
