वस्तुं त्वयीच्छामि विशां वरिष्ठ तान्राजसिंहान्न हि वेद्मि पार्थान् ।
न शक्यते जीवितुमन्यकर्मणा न च त्वदन्यो मम रोचते नृपः ॥५॥

5.
O foremost among men, I wish to dwell with you, for I do not know those lion-like kings, the Pārthas. It is not possible for me to live by any other occupation, and no other king apart from you is pleasing to me.
