महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-4, chapter-9, verse-11

गुणाः सुविदिता ह्यासन्मम तस्य महात्मनः ।
आसीच्च स मया तुष्टः कुरुराजो युधिष्ठिरः ॥११॥
11. guṇāḥ suviditā hyāsanmama tasya mahātmanaḥ ,
āsīcca sa mayā tuṣṭaḥ kururājo yudhiṣṭhiraḥ.
11. guṇāḥ suviditāḥ ha āsan mama tasya mahātmanaḥ
āsīt ca saḥ mayā tuṣṭaḥ kururājaḥ yudhiṣṭhiraḥ
11. The excellent qualities of that great-souled (mahātman) person were very well known to me. And that King of the Kurus, Yudhishthira, was pleased with me.
