भरद्वाज उवाच ।
दर्पस्ते भविता तात वराँल्लब्ध्वा यथेप्सितान् ।
स दर्पपूर्णः कृपणः क्षिप्रमेव विनश्यसि ॥२॥

2. bharadvāja uvāca ,
darpaste bhavitā tāta varāँllabdhvā yathepsitān ,
sa darpapūrṇaḥ kṛpaṇaḥ kṣiprameva vinaśyasi.

Bharadvāja said: "Dear son, having obtained the boons you desired, arrogance will arise in you. Full of that arrogance, you will become wretched and perish very quickly."
